Privacy, made clear.
This notice explains how Clarixo handles information while the service is in private pilot. It describes the product as it operates today and will be reviewed before public commercial launch.
Do not submit protected health information, highly sensitive personal data, or confidential material unless your organization has separately confirmed that Clarixo is appropriate for that use.
Information we handle
Clarixo handles account details such as your name and email address, workspace membership and usage records, and the text, audio, translations, writing conversations, and generated files you choose to create or upload.
How we use it
We use this information to create your account, operate the requested workflow, keep your saved work available in your workspace, calculate usage, secure the service, and respond to support requests.
AI processing and service providers
When you choose narration, transcription, translation, or AI writing, Clarixo sends the content needed for that request to OpenRouter and the underlying model provider selected for the workflow. Clarixo also uses an email delivery provider for account verification and password-reset messages. We do not sell your personal information.
Storage and retention
Your saved work is retained in your workspace so you can reopen, review, and download it. During the pilot, contact us to request account or workspace deletion. Final retention periods and deletion controls will be established before public launch.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the pilot. No service can guarantee absolute security, so please use good judgment about the material you submit.
